However, not all phone cases or designs are customizable. All MiU+Illustrator phone cases are customizable. Look out for "Request Customization" tab on the product page. 

How to customize the design?

1. Tell us your Idea: You will see the Order Notes box on the checkout page. In that Order Notes section, tell us briefly the customization idea that you have in mind

2. Add Contact details: Remember to also mention your preferred contact details so that we can reach you for any further specifics we might need for your customization request

3. Confirm the Design: We will confirm with you, your customized design before it is sent for production. You will have that one opportunity to make any further changes

4. Your design is sent for production: Once you confirm the design we will send it for production and we will send you an email once it has been shipped

The customizations are currently limited, however, we are working on a customization experience that would enable you to do a lot more and where you become the creators.

The most sought after printing techniques are are used to print Miu's products, for the most accurate color representation and dept. We also have tried to give an accurate representation of the case type, however it might look different due to the lighting conditions and screen representation of colors.

We have multiple phone case types with varied level of protection. On an avg. our phone cases should protect you at least from a 6ft drop.

Although our phone cases provide better protection than an average  phone case, we cannot guarantee that your phone cannot be damaged in any drop situation due to the various factor that can come into play.

However, rest assured that with our phone case and our invisible tempered glass, your phone will be protected from any usual day to day drops.

Most cases do support wireless charging. However, some cases such as biodegradable case and some cases made from non-traditional cases do not support wireless charging.

Most of our cases are made from TPU, Synthetic Leather, Polycarbonate, Lexan Plastic and natural materials. They are BPA-Free so that it isn't harmful for you or the earth

Biodegrable cases are made using soil (30%), onions (7.5%), carrots (7.5%), pepper (7.5%), sawdust (1.5%), rice (18%), soybeans (18%), wheat (10%)

Credits have been provided for each design and you should be able to view more of their designs from the instagram links that we have linked.

We currently are not offering claimable warranties after 30 days of purchasing the product.

All of are phone cases are tested to ensure that it doesn't wear-out in a short period of time. However, natural wear and tear occurs over regular use of the phone and which inevitable for any phone case. 

Our phone cases are considered to be on the higher spectrum in terms of durability as they are manufactured by well-known phone case companies such as CaseMate.
